Planning a trip raises a lot of questions. Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions about Hotel Acropolis.

What time can I check in?

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM.

What time do I have to check out?

Check-out takes place until 11:00 am. Would you like to use the room longer? Please contact our reception.

Is breakfast included?

When booking you can choose whether you want breakfast. Our room rates do not include breakfast so you have the choice.

The price per person (from 12 years): €17.50. For children: €12.

There is an extensive breakfast buffet between 8am and 10:30am.

When you place your reservation you will receive the necessary information.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Free cancellation is always possible up to 3 days before the arrival date. In case of illness, it is possible to change your booking up to the day of arrival and change the date of your choice. In the event that the new date is more expensive than the original booking, we are forced to charge this difference. Attention! This guarantee is only valid on bookings made via our own website www.hotelacropolis.be

How far is the hotel from the sea?

The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the sea, beach and dunes. The sea is just a 10-minute (1km) walk from the hotel. You will receive the walking route at check-in.


Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Pets are not allowed.

Is there a bar in the hotel?

You can take your own drinks and snacks in our honesty bar. You write down what you have taken and pay at check-out or the amount is taken from your card during self-check-out.

The honesty bar with alcoholic drinks is closed from 10 p.m. Coffee and tea are always free.

Is there a safe in the room?

A free safe is installed in the room. We advise you to use this. The hotel is not responsible for missing items from the room.

Is there a bicycle shed in the hotel?

There is free bicycle storage in the hotel garage. There are also charging points for electric bicycles here. Please lock your bicycle with a bicycle lock. The management is not responsible for theft.

Are there cots available in the hotel?

A cot can be requested for €15 when booking. This is for the entire stay.

Where can I park my car?

The hotel has ample, free parking.

Is there a charging point for electric cars?

Unfortunately, Hotel Acropolis does not have its own charging station. These are available near the hotel at the Vita Krokodiel site and the Ijzer parking with electric charging stations is located 800 meters from the hotel.

What are the reception opening hours?

During high season, the hotel reception is open every day from 8:30 am to 10 pm. During the low season, the reception has limited opening hours and we work with self check-in.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

You can leave luggage in our luggage room.

Can I specify a preference for single beds or a double bed?

The hotel only has double beds. It is not possible to place an extra bed in the room.

Is linen provided in the apartments?

Bath towels are provided and the beds are made in both the rooms and the apartment.
