How to Prevent Fire?

  • Do not smoke in bed and do not throw cigarette butts in the waste bin or out the window.
  • Do not tamper with the electrical installation without the management's approval.
  • Do not use objects or liquids that pose a fire hazard.
  • Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits near your room.

What to Do in Case of Fire?

  • If you notice smoke, immediately inform the hotel reception at +32 484 555 888 so the alarm can be activated.
  • Press one of the fire alarm buttons, located in every hallway and near the elevator.
  • Hotel staff are trained in fire control and guest evacuation and will ensure your safety until the fire department arrives.
  • Close windows and doors and leave your room immediately via the nearest exit or emergency exit. Do not use the elevator.
  • To protect your airways, place a wet cloth over your nose and mouth and stay as close to the ground as possible, as the freshest air is near the floor.
  • Avoid hallways with heavy smoke and proceed immediately to an exit or emergency exit.
  • Assemble at the designated meeting point in the parking lot in front of the main entrance.
